Our rates for hiring Hillend House are listed below.
The house can be hired for 2 nights, 3 nights, 4 nights or a week (subject to time of year). 

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking plus a cautionary deposit of £500, returnable on departure, subject to terms and conditions.
The balance of your stay is due 12 weeks prior to departure.

Late Availability Offer:
25% discount on any remaining dates if booking within 3 months of arrival.
